Domino's Pizza in Munich

Nice place to get a pizza.

I ordered from Dominos via Lieferheld and have been waiting for my food for almost 2 and a half hours. After an hour I called the branch and asked where my order was. There I was assured that the driver was already on the way. After 2 hours I called again and was told that the food would be coming in 20 minutes and Lieferheld had given the wrong phone number and the driver was already there. The bell is fully functional and I haven't heard anything. As compensation, I was offered an ice cream. After 30 minutes the driver came and apologized. That's why 3 stars.

This pizza chain can be enjoyed underground. After several orders with the customer request not to cut the pizza please, each time you get an almost "cracked" pizza. The tiny "dough strips" bend like wax when you take them out, half of the topping is in the cardboard box, thanks to the viscous, dripping cheese. The dough is either rock-hard and has been in the oven for too long (this makes the teeth happy) or it is just doughy and sticky like a roll. The drink was often forgotten, but you paid for it anyway. No subsequent delivery. Perhaps you should tell a pizza chain called Dominos that you always deliver pizzas UNCUT, so that they don't cool down too quickly, or at least in 4 parts so that you have something in hand! For the very high price of almost 16 € for a pizza, to get such a slush delivered, no customer requests considered, NO THANKS, NEVER AGAIN!

Employees (except for one supplier) did not wear a mask. Pizza, as you can see in the picture, wasn't really made with love. The floor was completely black. Unfortunately it was my first and, for the time being, my last visit to Dominos Pizza.

I ordered a pizza from you, it tasted nothing and wasn't well cooked, and I spoke to one of your employees in the shop on the phone, he wasn't friendly.

Waiting for 3 hours (!!) now for our delivery, called 1 hour ago & they said it will be here with the next driver. Still haven‘t seen anything!

Bad employer and dishonest. Bad company philosophy: Didn't get a wage for three days. Then he came with endless excuses. You don't want to have anything to do with someone like that.

The pizzas delivered had a massive side position and was probably still briefly in the Silver Star in the Europapark. Both pizzas were there quickly. was regulated by 2nd delivery.

Dominos are great in the US. Here they are underground. Seldom eaten such a bad pizza. Nobody knows like dominos? Yes, but not in a positive way. There are far better pizza places that you can forget about here.

Hello, unfortunately we have to cheat every now and then when our favorite service is closed, but we are very happy to do so here at dominos! Eating very well with a selection of salads and desserts, every three months there is a new menu with new special pizzas, according to the season. The boss is very nice, everything is okay with the telephone service, the suppliers PRIMA! Always polite and decent, the food is there in 20 minutes. I find the 'Supreme' to be my favorite pizza, with an extra large amount of good-tasting salami! Really recommendable !! ????

Just gross! That was really the last time I ordered. The noodle was partly hard, glued together just icky, then the chicken stripes the meat was hard too. And when I order ice cream I want to have the right one or be called that doesn't exist and not just give anything. As compensation there was nothing from you either. And I don't want to start with your pizza It swims in fat. Sry but I don't pay for garbage

Since Domino's Pizza has been offering vegan pizzas, we have been ordering there regularly. If you like vegan cheese you can only recommend the pizzas!

I did a trial day and I can say that it was by far my worst experience with an incredibly rude owner.

I don't understand why you can't pay by card in 2020. The pizza was really good tho.

Took 1 hour 15 minutes to deliver the pizza 5 minutes from the place. And then stop taking calls to answer what's going on. Horrible service.

What can be seen in the pictures are pizza rolls. I do not know how to manage to leave the dough raw inside and burn the dough outside. It is not only inedible, but NOT EASILY !!! It borders on an impudence to sell its customers such poorly prepared food.

I have been waiting for my order for one and a half hours. I had called my mistake I would have saved it better. There's one who really got me excited. She does not think I know what courtesy is, it's a shame. I hope my pizza is coming soon. And that tastes good.

Order the food always to deliver. Works always flawlessly and very fast. Pizza tastes good, of high quality and always nicely cut. Extra wishes are always respected. Colleagues on the phone very accommodating and helpful. Price wise synonymous in order for what you get. Accordingly, recommended for pizza lovers.

The worst dominos Manager with worst staff named Julia. We had ordered pizzas on 24th November at 19.45. After, half an hour when we called, Julia told us that your order has not been received because there are some problem with credit card payment. Then , after half an hour , we received a call saying that the order is ready and when asked for delivery, she said that it cannot be delivered. When we went to pick up, we were told that your order has been thrown away and such cheap behaviour from Julia. Such a shameful, cheap and unproffessional behaviour from Julia. I will never recommend anyone to go to Domino at Obersendling.

They do not accept credit card payment in the restaurant which is strange because they do accept it for deliveries.

I throw up a little bit in my mouth everytime i think of that specific pizza store. 1 star is too much for them.
